Amy Benoit

Director of Business Development

Amy joined our family in 2022.

Amy entered real estate in 2008 when she joined the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB), working in events and membership for Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and Real Estate Finance Association (REFA). Amy found that her passion lies in building and maintaining relationships, and she has used that passion in sales since 2012. After spending several years in disaster recovery, environmental health & safety, and most recently in engineering and janitorial sales, Amy was excited to join the WTK team as its first ever Director of Business Development. “I’m thrilled to join a reputable family-run company with exceptional longevity and a future ripe with opportunity.” says Amy.

Amy believes in establishing open and honest communication with clients, and always putting their needs first – even if it means not getting every sale. When it comes to connecting with potential clients, Amy’s ability to relate to people on a personal level is impressive. Her goal is always to build relationships and not focus too much on selling. Amy believes that the work will come once trust is built on both sides, and she recognizes that clients always have other options – “It’s how you treat people that makes all the difference.”

Amy grew up a country girl in Western Mass where she developed a love for hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles. Something you may not know about Amy is that she has bungee jumped, skydived, and rappelled off the Hyatt in Downtown Crossing (for charity!).
